>The tournament will be subject to the technical bases, exposed

at the beginning of it. Being the players forced to be federated

or with FIDE code.

>The organization reserves the right of admission.

BASES

1.- All players in this Tournament must be born after January 20, 2004

2.- They can not have more than 1600 ELO FIDE/Swedish, since December 2018.

3.-  Start time: 1 day at 5:00 pm others rouns at 5:00 pm except the 9th round, which Will begin  at 10:00 am

4.-  The rhythm of the game Will be 60 minutes plus 30 seconds per play. The allowed waiting time Will be 30 minutes in the first round, and 15 minutes in the remaining rounds. The players have the obligation to deliver the original signed form and with the correct result to the referee at the end of the game. Do not leave the spreadsheets on the table. Once the game is over, the players must repositon the pieces in their original position.

5.- The swedish players must have a federetive license to participate in these tornaments. Those players who are not at the list of federated members of the Swedish Chess Federation can not register. This does not affect players for other countries. They must have ID_FIDE.

6.- There Will be up to 3 BYE avaliable to the players, they can be requested before the start to the tournament (Always in writing). They must be used the seven round. In the requested round, the requesting player of the BYE Will not be matched and Will be awarded half a point.

7.- For the not foreseen in the present Bases, this Tournament Will be governed by The Regulation in forcé of the FIDE or the Swedish Chess Federation.

8.-  Participants in the Tournaments authorize the Publication of your personal data in the different media that the organization consider appropiate for the necesary dissemination of the event (results listings, classifications, participants, games, photographs, videos, retranamissions, etc).

BASES

>The ELO points of each pair Will be calculated by adding the ELO FIDE

BLIZ points oh each one of the members of the same. In case a players

does not have ELO FIDE BLITZS, 995 points Will be assigned. This sum

Will serve to determine the initial ranking

>The pair can be formed by players of both groups, but they do not add

more than 4,200 FIDE points.

>Couples can not communicate with each other while they are palying a

game. The breach of this rule Will be sanctioned by the referee with

the loss of both games by the infringing couple.

>Swiss system with 8 rounds.

>Start time at 9:30 p.m. On January 14

>All the prizes de subject to the established legal taxes.
