1.- The tornament Will be played by Swiss System to 9 rounds. The rounds Will be done with computer program.

2.- Start time: 1 day at 5:00 pm others rouns at 5:00 pm except the 9th round, which Will begin  at 10:00 am

3.- The swedish players must have a federetive license to participate in these tornaments. Those players who are not at the list of federated members of the Swedish Chess Federation can not register. This does not affect players for other countries. They must have ID_FIDE.

4.- There Will be up to 3 BYE avaliable to the players, they can be requested before the start to the tournament (Always in writing). They must be used the seven round. In the requested round, the requesting player of the BYE Will not be matched and Will be awarded half a point.

5.- The rhythm of the game Will be 90 minutes plus 30 seconds per play. The allowed waiting time Will be 60 minutes in the first round, and 30 minutes in the remaining rounds. The players have the obligation to deliver the original signed form and with the correct result to the referee at the end of the game. Do not leave the spreadsheets on the table. Once the game is over, the players must repositon the pieces in their original position.

6.- The players Will be scored as cleary and legibly as posible, algebraic notation. Remember that with this rhythm of the game you can not stop scoring at any time.

7.- It is forbidden to have mobile telephones or any other electronic means of communication without the permission of the referee inside the game enclosure, unless they are completely disconnected. If such a device produces a sound, the player Will lose the game. The opponent Will be declared the winner. However if the opponent can not win the game through any series of legal moves, his score Will be of tie

8.- The following tiebreaker system Will be applied:

  a) Brazilian (sum of the scores of the opponents, minus the lowest).

  b) Total Bucholz (sum of final scores of their opponents). 

  c) Progressive system

  d) Sonnenborn-Berger

  e) Particular result.

   For tiebreaks effects: Parameters Bucholz: "Compute with real points".

9.- The tournament Will be valid to obtain the Gran Master and International Master norms and ELO classification of FIDE. The Chief Referee of the tournament Will send the Official Tournamnet Report to the Swedish Chess Federation and FIDE.

10.-Any incident Will be resolved by the Main Referee of the Tournament. Against the decision of this one Will be able to be appealed before the committee of the Appeal of the Match, whose final decision Will be unappealable.

  Claims, made against the decisions of the Chief Referee, must be submitted in writing to the Appeals Committee. Not later than 30 minutes after the end of the game sesión in which the fact of complaint ocurred.

  The player who submits a claim to the Appeals Committee Will pay a deposit of 80€, which Will be returned in the event that the claim has a farorable resolution to say player. The decision of this Committee Will not imply in any case the modification of the result of the game.

11.- The Appeals Committee Will be composed of the Tournament Diector and two players. The compositon of the aforementioned Committee Will be announced before the start of the first round.

12.- The analisys Will not be allowed, nor in the reproduction of games in the Game Room. The Game Room can not be abandoned, having the game in progress, without authorization from the Referee.

13.- The prizes are not distributed, they Will be delivered in strict order of classifiaction. All the prizes of subject to the legal taxation.

14.- If a player is entitled to cash prize in several classifications, he Will be assigned the one with the highest value. The pizes are not accumulative. Except the prizes  of those staying at the Hotel where the Festival is celebrated.

15.- It is at the discretion of the organization the elimination of players with an absence, or who are not in the Game Room before starting the first round.

16.- Participants in the Tournaments authorize the Publication of your personal data in the different media that the organization consider appropiate for the necesary dissemination of the event (results listings, classifications, participants, games, photographs, videos, retranamissions, etc).
